Materials / ingredients:
- 500 ml of hot water
- 2 pieces teabag
- 200 ml of liquid milk
Ginger Water Material:
- 200 grams of ginger, roasted, crushed
- 750 ml of water
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed
- 2 pieces of cloves
- 4 cm cinnamon
- 150 grams of sugar
How to make a spiced milk tea wedang:
- Boil ginger, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon together until boiling water. Filter.
- Dip the tea in hot water until it changes color. Add milk, ginger water, and sugar. Stir well.
- Serve warm.
