Ingredients Tomatoes Soup Recipe
- 200gr minced meat
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tsp margarine
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 500 g tomatoes, boiled, mashed
- 100 g of tomato paste
- 1 tbsp flour
- Block 2 pieces MAGGI Beef Broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves
How To Make
- Meat balls:
- Mix the meat, salt and pepper, stirring until dough is well blended.
- Take one teaspoon of dough, form balls.
- Boil water, put meat balls.
- Cook until the float and cooked, remove and drain.
Presentation:
- Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
