Ingredients Tomatoes Soup Recipe

  • 200gr minced meat
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 500 g tomatoes, boiled, mashed
  • 100 g of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Block 2 pieces MAGGI Beef Broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves

How To Make

  1. Meat balls:
  2. Mix the meat, salt and pepper, stirring until dough is well blended.
  3. Take one teaspoon of dough, form balls.
  4. Boil water, put meat balls.
  5. Cook until the float and cooked, remove and drain.

Presentation:

  1. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Pour broth former meat stew, cook until boiling.
  3. Enter the nutmeg, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  4. Add tomatoes and tomato paste smooth, stir well.
  5. Insert meat balls, cook until done.
  6. Remove and serve with a sprinkling of celery.
