Materials Make Ice Cendol Avocado

  • 200 grams of cendol ready
  • 2 young coconuts, scraped wide
  • 125 grams and fro, cut to length
  • 1 avocado fruit, scraped wide
  • 20 grams of sago pearl red, boiled
  • 150 grams of nata de coco
  • 600 grams of crushed ice
  • 6 tablespoons milk sweet glutinous white


Ingredients Syrup Ice Cendol Avocado

  • 300 ml of water
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 5 drops of crimson dye

How to Make Ice Cendol Avocado

  • Syrup, boiled water, sugar, and scarlet dye, stirring until boiling over low heat.
  • Tata cendol, coconut, kolang forth, avocado, pearl sago, nata de coco, shaved ice, red syrup in serving glasses.
  • Add shaved ice and sweetened condensed milk white.
