Materials

Materials Make Chicken Sate Madura:

  • 5 pieces (600g) chicken thighs on the bottom, meat and set aside skin
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 21 fruit skewers

Peanut Sauce Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of peanut shell, fried, mashed
  • 3 curly red chilies, fried
  • 3 eggs hazelnut, fried
  • 2 large red chilies, fried
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar comb
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 600 ml of hot water

How to Make Delicious Chicken Satay Madura Original:


  • Peanut sauce: peanut puree, red chilli curly, hazelnut, big red chili, brown sugar, and salt. Pour water. Cook until soft and creamy.
  • Take 150 grams of peanut sauce, soy sauce, and cooking oil. Stir well. Dip chicken in it. Rub until smooth.
