- 200 cc coconut milk and water

- 1 stalk lemongrass,

- 2 teaspoons coriander
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 cm galangal
- 1 cm ginger
- 5 red onions
- 2 siuang garlic
- 1 clove brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sour
How to make Chicken ungkep
- coat chicken with herbs that have been smoothed.
