Chicken ungkep




  • Ingredients - Chicken materials ungkep
  • 1 whole chicken cut into 4 parts
  • 200 cc coconut milk and water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 stalk lemongrass,

   Softened seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 5 red onions
  • 2 siuang garlic
  • 1 clove brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sour

How to make Chicken ungkep

  • coat chicken with herbs that have been smoothed.
  • put the chicken in the pan and pour the coconut water until submerged.
  • added daunsalam and lemongrass.
  • boiled until the water runs coconut and chicken are tender.
  • after cold chicken fried in hot oil until chicken is cooked / dry and drain.
